Each person will independently submit this form to evaluate group members' contributions to the Advocacy Initiative. Scores for this challenge will be individual, and they will come from the average of each person's scores. This form is confidential. Only Dr. Tirrell will see it, and evaluation scores will not be released until the semester ends.
